Have YOU accepted Jesus Christ as your own Savior???

      The Bible tells us in Hebrews 9:27 "And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:" We cannot escape the reality of death. The big question is, "What happens after death?" The Bible only gives us two options. The first is described in Luke 16:24 as being a place of torment and flame. The second is described in John 14:1-2 as being the dwelling place of God. It is also the place in which Christ is preparing mansions for his children. To any reasonable person, the preferred destination is obvious. But how does one get to heaven? There is only one way. Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." A religion that teaches salvation any other way is a FALSE religion. "How is Jesus the way?" you may ask. There are several things you must understand. First, we see the fact of sin. Romans 3:23 says, "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God." The fact is clearly established that no one is perfect- we all have sin in our lives. Romans 5:12 tells us how we got that sin in our lives. "Wherefore as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned." We have inherited our sin nature, and there is nothing humanly possible we can do to remove it. Further, the Bible teaches that there is a price to be paid for our sin. Romans 6:23 states, "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." The penalty for our sin is death- not just physical death, but also the spiritual death that results in one’s being placed into the lake of fire. Revelation 20:14 "And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death." The last part of Romans 6:23 gives us some good news, though, "the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." You see, Jesus paid the price for YOUR sin! He took care of that on the cross, and we do NOT have to pay the penalty for it if we just place our faith in Christ. Romans 10:9-10,13 say, "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation ... For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." Just bow right now, and acknowledge your sin to God, and accept the price that Christ paid on the cross as the full payment for your sin. God will hear your prayer and save you! He promised He would, and He never lies! This is the most important decision that you could ever make. Please don’t delay- take care of this now before it is too late.
